SUMMARY The Lead Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for building and optimizing distributed, fault-tolerant systems that support real-time data flows and mission-critical services. This role drives technical excellence in Kafka operations, automation, and security integration. RESPONSIBILITIES • Act as domain expert on Azure Cloud for the Q2 organization • Support product development teams with cloud infrastructure and monitoring • Maintain standards for secure, highly available infrastructure • Scale our application infrastructure to ensure a positive customer experience • Lead projects to improve our infrastructure • Collaborate independently with partner teams • Contribute technical expertise to incident response and architectural discussion • Improve monitoring and alerting systems EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minim
