: A. Governance & PMO • Design and manage governance structures, review calendars, action trackers, risk and issue logs, and executive status reports. • Support PMO operations and improve reporting and decision-making frameworks across project environments. • Maintain key project registers, reporting packs, and progress monitoring mechanisms. B. Project Controls • Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and project performance across capital projects. • Analyze trends, delays, and variances to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Support structured review mechanisms for project monitoring and performance improvement. C. Digital Transformation & Reporting • Implement digital solutions for project controls, including MIS dashboards, automated reporting, and AI-enabled analytics. • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Advanced Excel, and related technologies. • Support integration of project data across multiple systems and embed digital tools into day-to-day workflows. D. Stakeholder Management & Delivery Support • Collaborate with client PMOs, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to run reviews and present structured updates. • Support day-to-day client interactions and ensure timely execution of project management activities. • Contribute to improving governance and digital roadmaps for large-scale infrastructure and capital projects. 2–7+ years of relevant experience depending on role level: • Associate: 2–4 years • Senior Associate: 4–7 years • Manager: 7+ years • Hands-on implementation experience in live capital project environments. • Experience in PMO, governance, project controls, digital transformation, and reporting/analytics. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualification / MBA is a plus. • Sector exposure in roads, energy, industrial infrastructure, semiconductors, or manufacturing prefer
