:聽 聽 PwC India is hiring聽experienced professionals聽for聽its聽GBS / GCC Advisory practice Hyderabad.聽We are聽seeking candidates with strong聽experience in GCC advisory,聽GBS set-up, scale-up, and operating model transformation.聽As part of this high-performing team, you will work聽on diverse engagements聽with local and global teams.聽You will be part of the entire cycle of strategy to execution for GBS / GCC set-ups working with clients across industries and聽drive meaningful聽business impact.聽 聽 聽 Shared Services Outsourcing Advisory Specific聽 - Worked across multiple corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal etc.), supporting business transformation and shared services expansion.聽 - Experience with聽GBS / GCC strategy roadmap creation, detailed future state design and transition management,聽聽 - experience in location strategy, activity level scoping for various functions (Fin, HR, IT, procurement etc.) and FTE sizing聽 - Business case scenario modelling based on various options聽 - Transition roadmap creation聽聽 - Designing the target operating model design聽聽 - Ability to design processes using tools such as Visio, Aris etc, mapping hand off points, identifying controls聽聽 • - Experience in financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and FTE sizing for GCC/GBS feasibility studies.聽 - Experience with automation and digital enablers (RPA, AI, process mining, analytics tools) to streamline GBS operations聽 - Worked with senior stakeholders to design KPIs, SLAs, and governance mechanisms for GBS service management聽 - Managed service delivery transformation projects, including outsourcing vendor selection and contract management.聽 - Experience with at least 1 end to end GBS/GCC execution program聽聽 - Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as client stakeholder management, problem solving, strategic thinking, and strong proficiency in power point, excel and Visio skills聽 - Experience with project management methodologies and tools聽 Mandatory skill sets:聽 聽 Ability
