Job Description · Minimum of 10 years of experience in Real-World Evidence (RWE), healthcare analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytical solutions for the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. · Strong hands-on experience in real-world data (RWD) sources , including medical claims, pharmacy claims, electronic health records (EHRs), chart review data, disease registries, healthcare surveys, clinical trial data, and other healthcare databases. Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating them for evidence generation is highly desirable. · Minimum qualification of Master's in either Biostatistics/Data Science/Epidemiology/ Computer Science/Mathematics, or another relevant quantitative discipline . · Good understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem , including drug development, market access, medical affairs, epidemiology, or health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), is preferred. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong presentation, stakeholder management, project management, and interpersonal skills are essential. · Proven ability to independently lead and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, and effective risk management. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate actionable insights. · Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with the ability and willingness to adopt new methodologies, technologies, analytical tools, and industry best practices. · Supporting mentoring junior team members, contributing to process improvements, and supporting business development initiatives will be an added advantage.
