Job Description We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (5-8 years) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our DevOps ecosystem. In this role, you will drive automation, scalability, and reliability across infrastructure, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines. You will partner closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to streamline development workflows, enhance deployment processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Automation & Tooling Design, develop, and maintain automation tools and internal platforms that support workflows for industry‑leading CAD software. Build and enhance scripts, frameworks, and deployment tooling to optimize development and operations. CI/CD Pipeline Management Architect, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins , ensuring reliable, repeatable, and fast delivery cycles. Improve build, test, and deployment automation for high‑scale engineering environments. Monitoring & Observability Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Grafana , Prometheus, ELK, Cloud‑native tools). Ensure proactive detection, diagnosis, and resolution of performance issues. Incident & Reliability Engineering Lead incident response efforts, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive post‑mortem reviews.
