Associate QA Analyst – Windchill (PTC Pune R&D) We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to validate the deployment, maintenance, and operational workflows of PTC's SaaS solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of cloud-based services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Analyse and understand customer requirements to define effective validation strategies. Plan, design, and execute test scenarios that closely replicate real-world customer environments. Validate automated deployment and operational services for Windchill applications hosted on cloud platforms. Identify, analyse , and track defects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution. Troubleshoot complex issues and apply analytical problem-solving skills to ensure service reliability. Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, SRE, and Operations teams to improve product quality and deployment processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing test automation, validation frameworks, and operational best practices.
