Your job will be first and foremost to define and build an industry-leading consumer experience for our DTC and B2B marketplace for our home warranty products. You’ll be responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of warranty products that delight our customers. In addition, you’ll be responsible for user experience and tools, our customer service user experience and tools, and other internal tools and data that drive our business.
