Job Summary The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love you to be a part of it as a Claims Representative Claims Representatives perform a variety of functions that primarily involve customer service, assisting customers in submitting new claims requests and providing additional information based on determinations made, including queued call volume, ensuring that all customers receive assistance in the shortest amount of time possible . What You Will Do As A Claims Representative Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim. Communicate home warranty information effectively.
