s. • Interacts with SMEs and Instructional Designers to validate curriculum structures, training requirements, and learning content accuracy. • Performs data validation and quality checks on learning records, assignments, certification data, and curriculum mappings. • Documents curriculum updates, training changes, and learning administration activities to support audit readiness. • Identifies training compliance gaps, data issues, or planning risks and escalates them in a timely manner. • Supports continuous improvement of learning operations through standardized processes, automation, and approved modern tools. You are fit if: • Bachelor's degree in education, Training Management, Learning and Development, Business Administration, Data Management, or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Education, Traini ng & Development, Learning Administration, Learning Operations, Training Coordination, Data Analysis, or equivalent.
