What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Manage projects and set objectives, leading people, technology, and financial resources. Identify and develop innovative process or product improvements, taking calculated risks to achieve results. Solve complex problems, leveraging experience from various areas as needed. Manage the performance of direct and indirect reports, supporting team objectives and providing input to senior management. Partner with leadership to achieve objectives and manage teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to SOPs and cGMP requirements. Develop and manage a team of process operators, optimizing facilities and equipment, and leading the implementation of Lean Tools. Support the development of SMART Objectives, participate in best practice sharing programs, and manage the performance and training of shift colleagues and contingent staff. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) B-Pharm or M.Sc with 6+ years of experience in sterile Pharma/Biopharma operations A working knowledge of Upstream/Downstream Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) manufacturing operations Experience in maintaining regulatory compliance through established programs. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and goal-driven environment Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Strong people management experience in a regulated manufacturing operations environment Experience with Lean Tools and their implementation Excellent organizational and
