About the team This team sits within the Total Rewards People team, and is tasked with ownership of Okta’s contingent workforce program. You’ll be joining an amazing organization full of talented HR professionals. Role Overview The People Team is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist to provide critical operational support for our Contingent Workforce (CW) program and the newly established Vendor Management Office (VMO) for the People team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day coordination of contingent worker lifecycles while actively supporting a strategic, phased initiative to centralize and standardize vendor operations ahead of our Vendor Management System (VMS) launch in September 2026. This position focuses heavily on operational execution, process standardization, cross-functional coordination, and data tracking. Key Responsibilities 1. Contingent Workforce Operational Support Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle for tracking contingent workers, from initial request to offboarding. Onboarding & Tracking: Manage and execute the vendor onboarding process specifically for worker tracking, ensuring compliance and data integrity. Interview Coordination: Partner with hiring managers and vendors to seamlessly schedule and coordinate interviews for contingent talent. Market Data Analysis: Run and analyze market rate data to support hiring managers with competitive pri
