We are currently seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join our SA Team. What you'll be doing: Lead the product through its entire lifecycle, from the design-in phase to end-of-life, ensuring flawless execution until system Goes-live.. Offer in-depth technical assistance to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and design houses, ensuring ease of qualification and assisting in issues. Work closely with customers on joint development initiatives, providing technical expertise to create tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Perform detailed technical analysis, including circuit/board troubleshooting and FAR issue resolution, to ensure products meet customer criteria Actively work towards achieving the Design Wins with Manufacturers Develop technical solutions including hardware & software demos required for system designs. Provide onsite support to solve hardware and software problems. Be a technical specialist on NVIDIA Datacenter products Establish strong communication channels and collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure a positive end customer experience. What we need to see: BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry, particularly in system design or FAE support roles.
