Business Analyst (IC)

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, translating business objectives into actionable requirements, user stories, and product roadmaps. The individual is accountable for project scope management, backlog prioritization, stakeholder engagement, production issue governance, and ensuring that delivered solutions generate measurable business value. Working closely with Platform Owners, Scrum Teams, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, UI/UX teams, and business stakeholders, the role provides end-to-end ownership of large roadmap projects—from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, implementation, and post-production support. The position also plays a key role in Agile planning, sprint management, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong Property & Casualty Insurance domain expertise, extensive Business Analysis experience, and deep knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies. The role requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes within defined timelines. Candidates should have 9–14 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 7 years as a Business Analyst, supported by a relevant degree such as B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or PGDM.
