The C++ Developer will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions aligned with business expansion and evolving client requirements • 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in C++ application development. • Strong proficiency in C++, including STL containers and algorithms. • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design. • Experience with modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20). • Strong knowledge of templating and dynamic polymorphism. • Familiarity with TCP/IP, UDP, and Multicast networking. • Experience with Linux-based development environments. • Experience handling real-time market data and order management systems. • Familiarity with FIX Protocol. • Experience with Python for scripting or tooling. • Exposure to low latency or high-frequency trading systems. • Strong ownership and accountability mindset. • Ability to work in high-performance, fast-paced environments. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Application Development • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code. • Build high-performance applications for low latency trading environments. • Performance Optimization • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and implement solutions to optimize performance. • Develop performance-critical modules ensuring minimal latency and high throughput. • System Design & Implementation • Participate in requirement gathering, system design, and technical implementation. • Contribute to scalable and resilient system architecture. • Code Quality & Best Practices • Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation. • Follow best practices including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration. • Real-Time Data Handling • Work with large volumes of real-time market data and order processing systems. • Ensure efficient handling of data streams in high-frequency environment
