Job Description – Mobile Developer (Flutter / iOS) Role Overview: Mobile Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and/or native iOS technologies. The role requires strong mobile development fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build scalable, user-friendly applications while leveraging AI-enabled development practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain mobile application features using Flutter and/or native iOS technologies. Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-structured code following engineering best practices. Debug, test, and resolve defects with attention to quality, performance, and user experience. Participate in requirement discussions, sprint ceremonies, and Agile development workflows. Collaborate effectively with peers, architects, QA engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams. Document code, APIs, technical designs, and implementation details. Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) responsibly to improve productivity and code quality. Continuously learn and apply new mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry standards. Ensure application performance, responsiveness, security, and scalability across mobile platforms. Required Skills 5–8 Years strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language and/or native iOS development using Swift. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. Experience developing and deploying mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. Good understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.). Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party SDKs and services. Understanding of application lifecycle, state management, performance optimization, and debugging techniques. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Understanding of Agile con
