Designation: Software Engineer III (Angular & .net) About the Role MRI Software is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team working on innovative product development. As a Software Engineer III, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will leverage your technical expertise to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to technical decision-making. Roles & Responsibilities * Develop software features independently while maintaining high technical and quality standards. * Understand system architecture, business requirements, and technical objectives of the product. * Contribute to solution design and technical discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable software architecture. * Follow established development processes including source control, branching strategies, testing, and deployment practices. * Troubleshoot complex application issues and support critical production investigations when required. * Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. * Collaborate with team members through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing activities. * Mentor and support junior engineers by providing technical guidance and best practices. * Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Support teams. * Continuously improve development practices, application performance, security, and code quality.
