Department Overview The Design & Tools (D&T) team is a strategic component of Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO), responsible for providing exceptional Service Design & innovative technology solutions to enable and empower MSI Centralized Managed Support Operations to meet and exceed customer's expectations. Job Description Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance. User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows. Experience delivering projects for implementing Workspaces and Now Assist Participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM and Custom Applications. Ability to build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards and homepages Ability to set up data security via control rules, domain separation Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes. Good hands-on knowledge and experience with any one or more areas: JavaScript / HTML/ CSS / AJAX / Angular / Bootstrap Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including group roles, permissions, modifications for business rules, workflows, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies.
