This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations and HR analytics. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities. Facilitate employee induction and orientation programs. Ensure completion of joining documentation and compliance requirements. Support employee exit formalities and documentation. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy. Generate HR reports and dashboards as required. Assist in leave, attendance, and employee data management. Support HR policy communication and implementation. Employee Engagement Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives. Support wellness, recognition, and cultural programs. Coordinate employee communication activities and events. HR Compliance & Documentation Ensure employee files and records are maintained as per company policies. Support statutory compliance documentation and audits.
