As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering meaningful and impactful experiences for our data operations team, contributing to PitchBook’s market success. You will play a critical role in creating exceptional products that enable PitchBook’s analysts to deliver high-value data and insights to private and public equity investment professionals. You’ll uncover and seize opportunities to improve the data analyst’s work experience and efficiency through well-designed, innovative tools that incorporate AI/ML and other emerging technologies. With your expertise in all aspects of user-centered design, strong business acumen, and analytical skills, you will conduct research and analysis to understand customer needs and behaviors, develop innovative design concepts and product experiences, and leverage traditional and emerging technologies to bring them to life. In this role, you will partner with product and engineering team members through the entire product lifecycle and engage key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and communicate your product experience strategies and solutions. You will be expected to independently own and deliver the user experience in your product domain while collaborating with other designers and product team members to ensure a cohesive overall customer user experience.
