The Team: The Enterprise Resilience & Physical Security team is responsible for safeguarding Morningstar’s offices, employees, and assets through the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of physical security programs across global locations. The team works closely with Facilities, IT, People & Culture, and other business functions to ensure a safe, secure, and resilient workplace while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. The Role: Morningstar is seeking a Security Analyst to support and execute the day-to-day physical security operations at our Mumbai office. In this role, you will serve as the primary local point of contact for security matters, managing security systems, responding to incidents, and supporting employees with security-related requests. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency of security platforms, ensuring compliance with policies, and promoting a strong culture of security awareness across the organization. You will also collaborate with regional and global teams on security initiatives, incident management, and continuous improvement of security processes. Reports to: Global Director of Enterprise Resilience & Physical Security Responsibilities: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for day-to-day physical security matters at the Mumbai office and coordinate with regional sites Monitor and respond promptly to security alerts, alarms, and notifications Conduct regular operational checks of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems Support the Facilities team in managing access control systems, including access requests, audits, and compliance checks Manage and maintain security technology platforms such as VMS and intrusion monitoring tools Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure adherence to least-privilege principles and security policies Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation of security system activities P
