We're seeking someone to join our team as a Third-party Reporting & Analytics Associate. This role will leverage the Global Supplier Services (GSS) data to deliver insights into the Firm's third-party relationships. They will work on solutions to provide transparency and help determine opportunities to optimize Third-party expenses. This position will require a strong balance of business acumen with technical expertise. An understanding of third-party relationships and the source to pay processes is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to provide reporting & analytics deliverables in a fast paced and deadline driven environment while supporting data innovation and transformation initiatives. In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is an Associate level position within the Business Unit Management, which performs business management/CAO functions such as headcount management, financials, people processes, executive communications, and strategic support. What you'll do in the role: - Become a subject matter expert on sourcing and third-party data to turn business requirements into solutions that drive meaningful reporting and analysis for stakeholders across Sourcing and the Firm - Translate complex business processes and concepts into stakeholder-ready insights through clear visual storytelling (dashboards, KPI scorecards, executive-ready presentations). - Leverage Business Intelligence tools (Snowflake and Power BI) to design and build analytical solutions - Contribute to data transformation and AI enable
