We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Regulatory Capital & Data Governance Senior Associate to work in our Finance Division. As a Regulatory Capital & Data Governance Senior Associate , you will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and compliance across complex regulatory processes that support global decision-making and meet evolving regulatory expectations. What you'll do in the role: Own and enhance regulatory capital and Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) reporting processes, ensuring strong data quality, control, and transparency Act as a key driver of data governance practices, defining standards, controls, and ownership across regulatory reporting workflows Partner with global Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across regions Lead and contribute to regulatory change initiatives, supporting the implementation of new requirements with a strong focus on control and compliance Identify and deliver process improvements, automation solutions, and control enhancements to strengthen reporting reliability and efficiency Play an active role in internal audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring robust documentation, traceability, and adherence to governance standards What you'll bring to the role: Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, with solid experience (4–6+ years) in regulatory reporting, risk, or finance control functions Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel) and a passion for data quality, governance, and controls Why join us: Take on a visible role at the
