The Wealth Management Platforms organization manages digital platforms and experiences across the Advisor, Workplace and Direct channels, ensuring that our capabilities lead the industry and are delivered and integrated seamlessly. Position Summary As an Executive Director in wealth management platforms, the candidate plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance platform capabilities and client experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions tailored to meet the High-Net-Worth clients and drive business growth. The Wealth Management Platforms Head of FE&P PO team will serve as an escalation point to both the team and US-based Platforms partners, manage changing priorities, fluidity, knowledge transfer and be responsible for creating a culture of excellence and growth. With a span of control of 25+ FTEs, the role encompasses Strategy & Planning, Execution & Coordination, Stakeholder communication, Sign-offs & Risk Management. The role reports into Head of WM Platforms, India. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for advisor-led platforms that cater to the unique needs of Affluent & UHNW clients. Ensure the product roadmap aligns with the firm's goals and enhances the advisor-client relationship. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of product owners focused on developing and enhancing platforms for FAs and advisors. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the product team and key stakeholders, including advisors, wealth management teams, and senior management. Ensure that stakeholder insights and feedback are integrated into the product development process.
