We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in ISG Equity Operations which is responsible for complex operational processes within a newly established operations team that provides fund administration services for over $700billion in assets across 350+ hedge funds, private equity and large family offices clients. In the Operations division , we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level withing Product Support & Services ISG. What you'll do in the role: Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution Should be able to perform Trade Matching Instruct wires/transfers (Expense, Collateral, Security, Settlements) Review and clear Expert Payment System Exceptions Liaise with Disbursements as required Monitor trade matching files from client's OMS and ensure processing in Vendor Systems Monitor for trade kickout mails from Trade Matching Vendor Support teams Provide EOD recaps to clients Vault any EOD reporting to clients Email on any broker failures, connecting the Executing Brokers and Prime Brokers What you'll bring to the role: Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision Subject matter expertise
