The Associate position is with US Banks 1st Line Business Risk. The team has responsibility for the implementation of the Bank's Regulatory and Compliance programs in the Business Unit as the First Line of Defense. The role will be based out of Mumbai, India, and will be assisting various Regulatory Risk and Compliance programs for US Banks products and services. Working in the team gives a fantastic opportunity to gain understanding of U.S. Banks regulatory environment. The individual will engage with different business groups, initiatives and work closely with Legal and Compliance personnel and other relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities: Provide support on Regulation W matters within the U.S. Banks 1st line of defense Business Risk Transactions with Affiliates team, which helps oversee compliance with Sections 23A and 23B of the Federal Reserve Act. Support the review of proposed affiliate transactions with U.S. Banks Legal and Reg W compliance teams as needed; help ensure adherence to statutory limits, collateral usage, and market terms requirements in line with the Banks' policies and procedures. Drive end-to-end system enhancements including requirement sign-off, prioritization, and implementation tracking Collaborate with technology and data teams to maintain transparency and accuracy in tracking and reporting inter-affiliate transactions.
