Overview: We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics Team, reporting to the Group Director of Business Intelligence and Customer Master Data. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will serve as a key bridge between raw data and actionable business insights while partnering with stakeholders and data engineering teams to deliver high-impact analytics products. A working knowledge of finance and experience training end-users on BI tools and reports are strong assets in this role Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support strategic and operational decision-making. Collaborate closely with BI data engineers to source, validate, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms. Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations) to gather and translate requirements into effective, scalable BI solutions that address real business challenges. Ensure data visualizations are accurate, intuitive, and actionable — enabling users at every level to draw meaningful conclusions
