Provide confidential consultation, advocacy, and coaching to team members on personal and professional wellbeing matters, workplace concerns, career growth, and development needs. Assess team member needs and connect individuals to appropriate Micron and community resources, including wellbeing, healthcare, mental health, employee relations, and development programs. Serve as a trusted point of connection for workplace concerns, helping team members understand available options, interpret relevant workplace policies, and determine when situations require escalation or referral. Promote awareness and utilization of internal and external resources, programs, and services that support health, wellbeing, engagement, inclusion, learning, and performance. Partner with wellbeing specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to support the design, promotion, and delivery of site, in-country, and corporate wellbeing initiatives and people programs. Extend career coaching and development support, including reinforcement of ongoing career and growth conversations. Drive team member engagement by leading or supporting site events, information tables, classes, presentations, and other opportunities that build connection, awareness, and belonging. Build strong relationships with team members, leaders, and partners at all levels to foster a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace environment. Track interaction themes and program insights to identify trends, inform interventions, and provide actionable feedback and recommendations to leadership.
