Job Summary As the Manager, Construction Manager at Micron, you will be central to managing and aligning all construction interfaces for large-scale industrial and semiconductor projects. This is an outstanding chance to direct interdisciplinary construction operations, ensuring smooth integration and completion across various contractors and project teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all construction interactions between EPCC contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, commissioning teams, vendors, and client partners. Establish and maintain a structured Interface Management System (IMS) to track, monitor, and resolve interface issues throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate interdisciplinary construction efforts involving civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, HVAC, process utilities, cleanroom systems, and facility infrastructure. Identify interface risks, scope overlaps, implementation gaps, access constraints, and constructability conflicts between contractors and project packages. Facilitate interface meetings, coordination workshops, technical discussions, and daily execution reviews to ensure alignment across all collaborators. Ensure timely closure of interface actions, RFIs, technical queries, change requests, and construction coordination issues impacting project progress. Monitor construction sequencing, area handovers, workfront availability, and contractor dependencies to support efficient project execution. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Safety, Planning, Cost Controls, and Commissioning teams to ensure integrated project delivery. Manage interface documentation including In
