A Day in the Life The Americas Salesforce Technical Lead role will support Global Commercial Office (GCO) Sales Enablement initiatives to support MS, CV, and NS OU Sales organizations, as well as GCO Remote Sales and Enterprise Account organizations. The role provides hands on senior technical leadership to design, build, and stabilize Salesforce solutions supporting CRM capabilities across the Americas. Establishing this capability as an MEIC based Senior FTE enables scale, standardization, and cost effective Run & Grow delivery aligned with GCO outcomes around execution excellence and intelligent selling. The Salesforce Technical Lead will support Global Commercial Office (GCO) Sales Enablement initiatives across the Americas, serving MS, CV, NS Operating Units, as well as Remote Sales and Enterprise Account teams. This role provides hands-on technical leadership to design, develop, and stabilize scalable Salesforce CRM solutions. The position is key to enabling standardized, cost-effective delivery while driving execution excellence and intelligent selling capabilities. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with GCO Sales Enablement objectives. Provide hands-on technical leadership across Salesforce architecture, customization, and integrations. Partner with business stakeholders across MS, CV, NS, Remote Sales, and Enterprise Accounts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
