Title and Summary Finance Modernization FP&A Manager The Manager of the Finance Modernization Project will support the transformation of our finance operations, driving the implementation of advanced analytics, AI capabilities, and cloud migration strategies in support of the overall FP&A function. This project role will be pivotal in enhancing FP&A reporting capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and enabling business growth through innovative financial solutions. Role: • Support the Finance Modernization initiative for the FP&A organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives • Prepare the analysis of COA and CDE data dimensions for rationalization, future state design, and clean-up (P&L + Management reporting dimensions) • Acting as SME for initial data requests from Data Governance Teams • Support the modernization of financial systems, integrating advanced technologies to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities. • Driving improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives. • Leading the design and implementation of the FP&A Target Operating Model (TOM) • Defining TOM principles for process, data, technology and org‑alignment • Integrating TOM with governance, modernization and change initiatives • Ensuring TOM adoption and continuous refinement across FP&A • Champion change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and technologies across the finance organizatio
