Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai – Powai Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Specialist – Insurance Operations (Grade C1) We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing processing tasks within various operational frameworks based on the training provided. You are expected to meet SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives, adhere to company policies, and maintain performance and quality standards during both training and business-as-usual activities. Timely completion of all assigned work and training is essential. You should be proficient in utilizing technology to reduce manual tasks and enhance efficiency. Additionally, you must be effective in engaging with relevant stakeholders as required. Prompt communication of work status or issues to managers is necessary, along with strict adherence to schedules without unplanned leave. Willingness to work shifts from either 12 pm to 9 pm or 1 pm to 10 pm is also required.
