This role is critical in ensuring the quality, functionality, and accessibility of our web presence through rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT), effective communication, and collaboration with development teams. The ideal candidate will be involved in regression testing, bug reporting, backlog maintenance, and will play a key role in future accessibility initiatives. We will count on you to: Author and publish blogs, news articles, and event content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Create and maintain location pages to support regional content needs. Audit and maintain the website sitemap to ensure accurate navigation. Support acquisition web onboarding by auditing sites for compliance with company standards and policies. Perform mass web updates, such as implementing accessibility changes across multiple pages. Author and update landing pages based on initial content strategy and documentation. Generate and manage QR codes using Bit.ly for marketing and tracking purposes What you need to have: 3 - 5 years of prior work experience Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to content accuracy, formatting, and consistency. Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work with content strategists, developers, and other stakeholders to implement updates. Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to learn new tools and processes as web technologies evolve. Mass Update Execution: Capability to perform bulk updates efficiently, especially for accessibility and compliance changes.
