This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a DevOps Engineer at MMA, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications. Your work will be vital to the success of the organization and will add value to our client's experience. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of DevOps practices and ensuring the smooth operation of our software development life cycle. Your expertise in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance applications using .NET and C# will be essential in building robust web applications. You will also collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, QA engineers, and UX designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. We will count on you to: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of code changes and deployments. Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability and performance. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates. Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes to streamline application deployment and scaling. Conduct regular system performance monitoring and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues proactively. Ensure security best practices are followed in the deployment and management of applications and infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement DevOps best practices and standards. Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
