Job Overview: We are seeking a research professional to join Oliver Wyman’s Knowledge Department . You will work closely with partners and consultants in the Private Capital Practice Group to support secondary research efforts, ensure successful delivery of client work focused on due-diligence projects as well as other corporate finance and advisory projects, and gain deep insights into the sectors. Oliver Wyman's Private Capital Practice provides an array of capabilities to support investment decision making, backed by deep expertise across diverse industry sectors. Our clients include private equity funds, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, investment banks, commercial banks, arrangers, strategic investors, and insurers. Oliver Wyman’s Knowledge Department supports our consultants with planning and execution of on-demand research projects as well as the interpretation, evaluation, and preparation of results. You will have well developed research skills and ability to quickly develop knowledge of research tools to facilitate effective and creative research approaches. You will be helping consultants and colleagues to scope and develop their research needs, conduct timely, accurate and cost-effective research, and deliver accurate and relevant data and information. You will work with a wide range of information tools and proprietary databases to provide research for client projects and business development.
