This role will be based out of our Gurugram Office. Oliver Wyman is recruiting a Knowledge Analyst based in India to support the Oliver Wyman Quotient AI team globally which is a dedicated AI and advanced analytics offering team. These roles report directly to the Quotient AI Senior Knowledge Manager. Role Summary: This role supports the commercial success of Oliver Wyman by increasing the flow of knowledge across the Practice and the firm. You will help collect, codify, sanitize, curate, and share intellectual capital (IC) so Partners and Consultants can deliver engagements and win new opportunities more efficiently. You will be part of the Quotient AI Knowledge Management team, acting as a key support resource for project teams and contributing to the Knowledge plan through strong content curation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Collaborate closely with the Quotient Knowledge Management team members and contribute to smooth delivery of the platform KM priorities. Support and collaborate with Consultants, acting as KM SPOCs within your scope, under the guidance of your manager. Build excellent working relationships with key AI Quotient consultants globally and foster connections with Researchers and Knowledge Managers across Oliver Wyman. Knowledge Collection, Codification & Delivery Implement the Knowledge Management delivery process within your scope. Track, identify, collect, and curate valuable IC from projects to be reused as assets for future engagements. Own
