Responsibility for supporting and driving global and/or regional Program Management Office (PMO) activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with goals. We will count on you to: Manage multiple end-to-end delivery of finance projects, including transitions, integration, process and org redesign initiatives, system implementation, and change management. Manage complex, broad, and/or multi-year projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget Develop and maintain detailed, high-quality project plans including resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, dependencies etc. for projects Proactively manage risks and issues to ensure accurate project reporting and strong governance, enabling informed decision-making and effective project control. Collaborate closely with Finance leadership and functions across the organisation like IT and HR to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with goals. Follow and maintain the PMO Methodology and Lifecycle Processes. Mentor and coach project managers and team members on best practices in finance project management and transformation methodologies.
