Measurement, Analytics & Growth Intelligence • Own the performance measurement ecosystem across retail media and commerce marketing, driving actionable insights through full-funnel reporting, attribution and ROI optimization. • Establish strategic KPI frameworks linking media investments to business outcomes including share growth, penetration, premium mix and profitability. • Leverage advanced analytics, retailer data and AI-enabled optimization tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and decision-making. Perfect Digital Store (PDS) Excellence • Lead the Perfect Digital Store agenda to enhance digital shelf competitiveness, discoverability, conversion and content quality across all retailer platforms. • Own CARS score governance and performance management in collaboration with global connected commerce teams. • Drive best-in-class product content strategy including PDP optimization, A+ content, Brand Stores and automated content governance. • Utilize AI-led content intelligence and image optimization platforms such as Vizit to improve digital shelf effectiveness and shopper co
