Job Responsibilities: The Magna HR systems team is a fast-growing team meant to support day to day activities of Payroll and HR practitioners within our Canadian and US operations. This role is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the Dayforce Time and Payroll modules. Who we are looking for We are seeking a motivated Support Specialist to join our HRIS support team with a focus on configuration and support with Payroll and Time & Attendance in Dayforce , complemented by foundational knowledge of payroll processes and employee life cycles In this role you will provide Demonstrate a deep understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including the point of time capture to earning statement Ability to configure and maintain Dayforce WFM modules, including Pay Policies, Entitlements & Accruals, and complex Time Entry and Schedule rules Act as the internal subject matter expert, providing support and knowledge transfer to external stakeholders, and other related technical teams, as well as raising issues with v
