Job Responsibilities: The Magna HR systems team is a fast-growing team meant to support day to day activities of Payroll and HR practitioners within our Canadian and US operations. This role is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the Dayforce Time and Payroll modules. Who we are looking for We are seeking a motivated Support Specialist to join our HRIS support team with a focus on configuration and support with Payroll & Time & Attendance in Dayforce , complemented by foundational knowledge of payroll processes and employee life cycles In this role you will provide Advanced payroll configuration Design & maintain complex payroll configurations Ensure accurate calculations and legislative compliance across jurisdictions Teir 3 Issue resolution & root cause analysis Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams General Ledger (GL) Mapping & Financial Integration Configure and maintain payroll-to-GL mappings, cost allocations, and account structures Change Management & Payroll Enhancements Lead configuration f
