Job Responsibilities: Magna is implementing the Concur Travel Request & Expense system company-wide, for approximately 300 Corporate entities globally. This role will be instrumental in supporting, implementing, troubleshooting, and further enhancing the use of Concur within Magna International. As this role matures, the position may be expanded to include all aspects pertaining to the implementation and support of Concur Travel booking. Major Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support including incident management, root cause analysis, and service request handling. Configure SAP Concur modules (Expense, Request, Travel) as per global templates and business needs. Plan and execute self-responsible onboarding activities for implementations and rollouts according to templates and checklists including Marketing, Kickoff, Testing workshops and Train-the-trainer sessions.
