Lead a team of Landside Specialists and Senior Specialists to deliver efficient, reliable, and cost-effective execution across the transport lifecycle. Drive team performance, ensure operational excellence, and support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives while developing team capability and ensuring high engagement. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & People Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialists and Senior Specialists to deliver against operational and performance targets Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and engagement Manage workload allocation, capacity planning, and team productivity Support onboarding, capability building, and skill development within the team Operational Delivery & Execution Oversight Oversee end-to-end landside execution across planning, booking, execution, and order closure (SAP TMS) Ensure adherence to service levels, process standards, and operational controls Monitor execution health, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues Ensure high data accuracy, system compliance, and billing readiness Performance Management & Governance Drive performance tracking across operational and financial KPIs (service delivery, cost, productivity) Ensure reporting accuracy, visibility, and governance across the portfolio Analyse trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, SOPs, and control mechanisms Stakeholder Management Act as key point of contact for regional/front office stakeholders and cross-functional teams Build strong collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Customer Experience, and Area teams Ensure vendor performance, compliance, and service delivery expectations are met Manage escalations and drive stakeholder alignment on priorities Continuous Improvement & Transformation Drive process improvements, standardisation, and productivity initiatives within the team Support and lead transformation, of
