Purpose of the role The role is responsible for leveraging RCM technology to monitor reefer cargo shipments, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and import regulations. It also involves coordinating with internal teams and meeting customer expectations through timely and effective shipment management. You will be Responsible for: Leveraging RCM technology to monitor Reefer Cargo shipments. Operating with a customer-first mindset within the team, ensuring common understanding and focus on adding value to Maersk’s bottom line. Planning , following up on, and executing Trial and Hyper Care projects, ensuring deviations and malfunctions are identified promptly and appropriate actions are taken to prevent major deviations in temperature readings. Establishing connections with Reefer Technicians within the team and collaborating with the RCM Product Team to identify and resolve technical bugs, where applicable.
