This position will support the Area Sales team and Centre Trade & Marketing teams to manage and grow assigned customer accounts in line with organizational strategy, goals, policies, and processes. Ocean Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for managing North America (NAM) Tender customers and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of tender-related activities. The role includes quotation management, tender execution, contract administration, and close coordination with GSC teams, including Contract Correction Team (CCT), Disputes, and Invoice Quality (IQ) functions, to deliver an excellent customer experience and commercial outcome As an employee with Maersk GSC, you will be part of a working environment as diverse as the APMM group. Shift - 6PM to 3 AM (Can be rotational basis business needs) Key Responsibilities Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for Key Client Segmentations requests received online. Drives analytical projects to support our tender management process and improve quality deliverables. Produces Tender Strategy analysis to facilitate coordination between Sales, Trade and Marketing. Supports collection of nominations and maintains nomination database and contracts Supports the strategy team on commitment compliance reporting and governance. Prepares Negotiation Package for customers. Supports in measuring customer performance, Salesforce.com updates and reporting Supports projects and ad hoc initiatives within TCM.
