Role Purpose: The Drydocking Manager supports the Head of Docking in the day-to-day management and operational execution of the global drydocking program for Maersk-owned vessels. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operational pipeline of all upcoming, ongoing, and recently completed drydocking's across the fleet. Support pre-docking planning activities including scope preparation, tendering, and the end-to-end execution process. Schedule and coordinate deployment of Docking Superintendents and Steel Supervisors across global docking events. Support implementation of the Maersk Drydocking Model as the standard execution framework across all fleet groups. Track completion of pre-docking inspections, UTM assessments, and steel renewal strategies. Manage the DD Exception Tool, ensuring structured approval workflows are followed for scope variations and cost overruns. Prepare regular cost performance summaries and docking status reports for the Head of Docking and senior stakeholders. Ensure consistent CAPEX vs. OPEX treatment across docking events in line with defined finance guidelines. Coordinate project review meetings, status calls, and ad hoc discussions across internal and external stakehold
