We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Technical-Functional Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have an interest in developing both technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules. This role will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of HCM applications while working closely with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality and deliver solutions that meet business needs. The Challenge: Assist with the design, development, testing, and implementation of customizations and enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM modules. Work with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and support the development of technical solutions. Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging PeopleSoft applications to ensure quality and performance. Support the maintenance of existing PeopleSoft HCM applications, including assisting with patches, updates, and system enhancements. Document system configurations, modifications, and technical processes. Provide user support and assist with creating training materials and documentation.
