About the Role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable & Accounting Systems, the Senior Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Cash Application activities. The role involves accurate and timely posting of customer payments, resolving complex customer queries, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end close while ensuring compliance with internal controls. This position works closely with Collections and other finance stakeholders to ensure smooth AR operations and high-quality reporting How you will make an impact: Process cash and credit card payments, refunds, and special customer allocations accurately and on time Perform daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliations including credit card, special customer, and collection reconciliations Investigate and resolve complex customer payment queries through detailed analysis Prepare journal entries for month-end reporting, including credit card reconciliations and AR trade receipts Deliver timely and accurate cash application and AR reports to support business decision-making Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and support audits Meet defined KPIs and SLAs with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness Support documentation of processes and train new hires on cash applications and reporting What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
