Job Description/Preferred Qualifications At KLA Corporate Trainers deliver high quality learning experiences for employees and managers across the organisation. This role includes facilitating Corporate Learning Center (CLC) courses (virtual and in person), supporting team development sessions, providing 1:1 coaching, and contributing to instructional design and content development. Ideal candidates are passionate about developing people, strong communicators, and motivated to grow in the area of Learning & Development. Key Responsibilities Course Delivery Deliver CLC curriculum across professional, management, and team development programs in virtual or in person settings, following CLC instructional standards. Create a learner‑centered, engaging environment through discussion, practice, and clear facilitation.
