About You In one of our , R&D roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Manage project to deliver the CT / DtV program in an efficient way and built on best practise tools, and strong mitigation plans with stakeholders/project multifunctional team. Identify resources requirements and create multifunctional project team to execute DtV Work to agreed safety standards, act as an example and comply with company & country safety regulations. Support the team to lead the local implementation of Regional Renovation & Innovation projects from a product point of view. Implement regional product Improvement plans in partnership with Product Developers, Marketing & Mill in-line with agreed strategy & country. Lead the implementation of Mill cost transformation initiatives relating BCC product and materials. Provide technical mentoring to support the mill for the implementation of product and equipment changes and provide technical direction to multifunction teams for LCM activities.
