Tenant Service Representative What this job involves: As a Tenant Service Representative at JLL, you will be the front desk person and greeter for an Office building or portfolio. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients and visitors. Estimated total compensation for this position: $21.64 - $26.44 USD per hour The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm What your day-to-day will look like: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experience Provide administrative support i
