Team Lead, Digital Marketing B5 About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead, Digital Marketing to lead integrated campaigns, content initiatives, and day-to-day operations across digital channels. This role requires strong expertise in campaign, content, and design management, operational excellence, and stakeholder management capability. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, collaborative, and able to independently manage multiple projects while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Strategic & Accountability Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital campaigns across social media, owned, and earned channels. Ensure all communication and creative outputs reflect the brand’s identity, tone, and positioning. Represent the team in discussions, proactively identifying opportunities to expand scope and add value. Present campaign insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Lead cross-functional initiatives across creative, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure operational excellence. Maintain clear documentation, reporting standards, and governance protocols for campaign/content creation activities.
